High in the mountains of Tajikistan lies the Obi-Safed meteorological station. Komsomol members Rajab, Dilbar, and Vika work there. Suddenly, the station’s peaceful life is disrupted by alarming news: a violent flood of the mountain rivers is expected, threatening the fields and herds of nearby collective farms.
