Real estate business partners and romantic couple Allen and Connor venture into the lower unit of a property they plan to renovate and flip. What begins as a routine inspection quickly takes a dark turn when they discover hidden, unsettling secrets within the building. Trapped inside the claustrophobic space, their relationship and survival are put to the test when they find themselves cornered by a threatening local conspiracy carefully hidden by their landlord. They must fight to escape an ominous, unseen presence—the mysterious "other tenant"—while figuring out if they can truly trust each other.
