Located around the largest landfill in the Federal District and along the Via Estrutural, the Setor Complementar de Indústria e Abastecimento (Complementary Industry and Supply Sector) is divided into two cities: on one side, Cidade Estrutural, on the edge of the dump, with more than 40,000 inhabitants, which gives the administrative region the highest number of bicycles per household in the Federal District; on the other, Cidade do Automóvel, a multi-million-dollar project by the Government of the Federal District (GDF), which makes the area the largest vehicle sales hub in Latin America.
