Javier is a young filmmaker, grandson of Mario Raúl Arcaro, a scientist and inventor who, in 1953, was part of the first Argentine expedition to Antarctica. They were the first to enter the Snow Hill shelter, where the crew of the Swedish expedition led by Otto Nordenskjöld was stranded in 1903.
