As we explore these frozen wastes, misfortune strikes once again. Through the fierce blizzard, an emergency flare lights the sky, followed by a cry for help over the radio - broken, dying... No one else will be able to come to their rescue. But can we make it back - together? We Were Here Together is a cooperative first-person puzzle adventure for two players, set in a frozen and forbidding corner of Antarctica. The pair take the roles of explorers stationed at a remote research base, drawn into a chilling mystery that leads them out of their camp and toward the eerie, long-abandoned fortress of Castle Rock. Separated for much of their journey and often unable to see one another, the two must rely entirely on a pair of walkie-talkies to communicate, describing what they see and coordinating their actions to overcome a series of intricate puzzles. Their path winds through the base camp, glittering ice caves, and the harsh Antarctic wilds before plunging into the secrets of the castle itself. Success hinges on trust and clear communication, as neither explorer can solve the challenges alone. Together they piece their way deeper into a haunting tale of an old kingdom and the curse that binds it.
