With additional modes, levels, and weapons it could very well be challenging games like Sportsfriends and Nidhogg as definitive hits to pull out during a party. In its current state, Thief Town is still a lot of fun, just a step down from the very best that the PlayStation 4 has to offer.

Ideally, you'll have at least four in your group since fewer than that really takes away from what makes Thief Town fun. If you're looking to add an easy-to-play and satisfying multiplayer title to your game nights, don't skip town on this one.

Push SquareStephen TailbyOct 20156/10Thief Town is a great effort from Glass Knuckle Games, with fun, simple multiplayer that has more depth than you might think. If there was a little more to see and do, this would be much easier to recommend, but it will be a little too sparse for some. For others, though, this will be a great little title to put on when friends come over, and that feels like where Thief Town belongs.
