Lawn Mowing Simulator takes a mundane activity and turns it into a very satisfying and relaxed experience that quickly becomes super addictive. Although the Career Mode is very relaxed, starting off solo and then allowing you to hire NPCs to help you out, the challenges will certainly test your patience, speed, and efficiency. If you’re willing to overlook the incredible short LoD, which results in pop-in a few feet in front of your vehicle, and the frustrating spike in difficulty within a few of the challenges, then those looking for a relaxed casual simulation experience should pick this up today.

I was pretty excited when I learned the news that Lawn Mowing Simulator would get the VR treatment and that I would be able to play it on my Quest 3. However, after playing or better say trying to play it, in its current state, I cannot recommend Lawn Mowing Simulator VR to anyone and I will go as far as to say that you should completely avoid this game.

I will say that I think buried under a layer of technical issues and nausea, there is an entertaining experience to be had [in Lawn Mowing Simulator VR]. I really hope the devs can fix the issues I have experienced and if they do I am happy to return. Until then though, I am afraid, the only grass-cutting I will be doing is in my real garden and that’s truly unfortunate, as it is much more fun in VR.
