It’s the holiday season in Willamette, Colorado and a mysterious outbreak has overrun the Willamette Memorial Megaplex Mall and surrounding town with dangerous and deadly predators. Join Frank West as you explore a vast, open world sandbox filled with dangerous new zombies and a million ways to kill them as you seek to uncover the truth behind the outbreak – or die trying. Years after the events of the earlier outbreaks, former photojournalist Frank West is drawn back into danger when a new zombie epidemic erupts in the rebuilt town of Willamette, Colorado, during the holiday shopping season. Teaming up with a ZDC agent in exchange for a chance to clear his name, Frank returns to the overrun town to investigate the source of the outbreak and a shadowy organization operating in the shadows. Armed with his camera, an arsenal of improvised weapons, and a powered exo-suit, he fights through hordes of the undead and hostile human forces while chasing the truth behind the new, more dangerous strain of infection.
