This work is a side-scrolling action game in which Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, trapped in the world of bicycle riding, runs to return to the real world. In addition to Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, many characters in the play such as Poppy Pipopapo and Kamen Rider Brave will appear in the game, and the goal is to collect cards with sealed power while cooperating and defeating Bugsters.
