Set in German-occupied France during the summer of 1944, Classified: France '44 unfolds in the tense sixty-five days leading up to the Battle of Normandy. As the Allies secretly prepare for the invasion that will decide the fate of Europe, the ground must first be laid behind enemy lines. Elite Allied operatives are dropped into the French countryside to join forces with the local Resistance, banding together a mismatched company of soldiers and freedom fighters determined to strike back at their occupiers. Across a campaign of ambushes, sabotage, and covert operations, this ragtag band harasses German forces, disrupts their movements, and sows chaos to weaken the occupation before D-Day. With the largest amphibious assault in history looming on the horizon, every raid and every sacrifice helps shape the course of the war and the liberation of France.
