My Friend Pedro is a violent ballet about friendship, imagination, and one man’s struggle to obliterate anyone in his path at the behest of a sentient banana. A masked, silent gunman wakes with no memory inside a grimy butcher shop, greeted by Pedro, a floating, talking banana who becomes his guide and only companion. At Pedro's urging, he sets off on a blood-soaked rampage through a criminal underworld, gunning down arms dealers, bounty hunters, and gangsters across butcher shops, derelict districts, and sewers. As the body count climbs, the protagonist follows Pedro ever deeper into the seedy city, uncovering who he is and why Pedro has set him on this violent path.
