I went into Easy Delivery Co. expecting a quirky, throwaway driving game. What I found was something much more thoughtful. Yes, it’s cosy. Yes, it’s simple. But it also has layers, a world that feels melancholy yet alive, a sense of satire about corporate culture, and gameplay that balances relaxation with just enough challenge to keep you engaged. It won’t be for everyone. The gloomy visuals, lack of GPS, and slower pace will put some people off. But for me, it was refreshing, a cosy game with a personality all its own. If you’re in the mood for something a little different, something that mixes snowy night drives with sly commentary about work, Easy Delivery Co. is absolutely worth your time.

For its modest price, Easy Delivery Co. uhh... delivers on its promise and then some. It's a fine blend of relaxing and eerie mystique that drives the intrigue forward while having a simplistic yet addictive loop. The handling and driving mechanics, combined with the object physics, add a nice layer of depth. After all, it’s cool as hell and satisfying to drift with a stack of boxes in the trunk. There really isn't a single aspect to point to that doesn't work. It's the perfect kind of game to wind down to after work on a rainy night.

But as a dip-in-and-out game, or something to play while half-watching something else, it absolutely works. More importantly, it has a very specific mood and commits to it. Somehow, delivering packages in a dark, snowy town has never felt so appealing.

Easy Delivery Co. won't be for everyone, but if solitary drives and chill vibes are your idea of a good time, it might be for you. Though its rough edges are visible, its repetition is strangely grounding and can be hard to put down. Ironically, it manages to make the drudgery of gig-economy deliveries feel like a meditative respite.

Easy Delivery Co. is a laid back low poly vibes based game, until it isn't. The core gameplay loop of delivering packages, whilst thinking about your resources, is a fun couple of hours. However, the gameplay becomes stagnant as no real progression is felt until you've almost beaten it. There's an iceberg to delve into post-game, probably found on message boards, but none of it is earned in-game.
