Fans of the original can look forward to a sweet upgraded battle system and a story that is unmistakably Double Fine. Costume Quest 2 is a charming Halloween-themed role-playing game and the sequel to Costume Quest. Players choose to control one of the twin siblings, Wren or Reynold, as they and their friends are swept into a time-travel adventure to save the holiday itself. Their nemesis is Dr. Orel White, a sinister dentist scheming to wipe Halloween from history and rule over a candy-free dental dystopia. Journeying between the past and a bleak future, the costumed kids trick-or-treat, gather new outfits, and transform into towering versions of their disguises to battle monsters and thwart the dentist's plans.
