Luffy and his Straw Hat crew set sail into the New World and arrive at the mysterious Prison Island, a vast land shaped by the Marines and steeped in secrets. Once a place of hope, the island has become a tightly controlled stronghold, and its inhabitants are divided between those who trust the authorities and those who resent their grip. Featuring an original story crafted with the involvement of One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda, this open-world adventure sets Luffy loose to roam sweeping landscapes, bustling towns, and towering industrial complexes at his own pace. Stretching his rubber body with signature Gum-Gum techniques, he swings, soars, and battles across the island while uncovering the truth behind its uneasy peace. As Luffy encounters new faces with their own hopes and grudges, and crosses paths with familiar allies and rivals, he is drawn into a struggle over the island's fate and freedom.
