Nintendo EnthusiastJun 20148.5/10I didn\'t have much of an idea as to what to expect going in to Ittle Dew. From what little I\'ve seen of it, it seemed like "Zelda clone" could have been appropriate. After playing and experiencing all it had to offer, "Zelda clone" would be doing it a great disservice. Ittle Dew ultimately crafts a unique and charming adventure that often made me laugh and definitely made me sad when it ended a handful of hours later.

Even if you're not a Hyrule aficionado, there's enough wit and charm (and one of our favourite soundtracks in the entire Wii U library) to make it appealing to players from all walks of life. Unfortunately, the combat mechanic is sub-par, and most egregiously the game is full of technical issues. They are by no means a deal breaker, though, and you should definitely check this one out.

The combat system may be sub-par, but that shouldn't put people off as it's only a minor gameplay element, with puzzles being the stronger focus here. At the asking price of £8.99, there's a decently sized adventure, with multiple paths, and an in-game timer that is perfect for speed runs.
