Initially, I thought this was a well-put-together documentary that shined a light on a massive problem in Hollywood that desperately needs to be addressed. The series started strong, providing insightful commentary and exposing issues that have long plagued the industry. The first few episodes were compelling and well-constructed, featuring interviews with industry insiders, victims, and experts. 'Quiet On Set' employed various techniques to engage the audience and emphasize its points. Archival footage, candid interviews, and behind-the-scenes looks at industry practices were woven together seamlessly to build a comprehensive narrative. However, the addition of a fifth episode, which felt like a blatant cash grab, severely undermined the series' credibility. This episode introduced unnecessary drama, focusing on the in-fighting among those involved rather than continuing to explore the documentary’s core issues. For example, instead of delving deeper into solutions or providing more survivor stories, the episode devolved into petty disputes and sensationalism.
